Relax and enjoy the bright and airy great room on the top floor, which boasts vaulted ceilings and a family-friendly layout. Elegant yet understated furnishings and finishes were carefully selected to complement the Southern Coastal style of this beautifully appointed home, genuinely integrating with the surrounding nature. The comfortably furnished living area features media to suit your needs, as well as a gas fireplace for use during the cooler months. The open-concept kitchen is a dream for large groups with its dual 5-burner gas cooktops and dual ovens, two sinks, two dishwashers, ice maker, pantry, and island seating. Getting groceries up to the kitchen on the third floor is a breeze using the home’s elevator. Gather your entire family to enjoy meals together in the large dining area. Step outside onto the screened porch for additional outdoor leisure seating and an open-air al fresco dining area, a perfect spot to gather for cocktails, coffee, or an intimate meal while enjoying the fresh air. Both front bedrooms feature attached full bathrooms with tubs for bath time. The larger rear en suite bedroom is the teen lounge with its very own vibe that teens and tweens will love! The teen lounge features adult bunks to sleep four, a big screen TV with multiple game consoles, a seating area, and sliding door access to the outdoor living room.
On the ground floor, it offers a game area with a full-size pool table, a multicade game (classic arcade games such as Pac Man, Dig Dug, Space Invaders and more!), bartop, TV, gas fireplace for use during cooler times of the year, a stereo speaker system for playing music throughout, and a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, and ice maker. The media side of the room boasts a large screen TV with theater sound. The game and media space flows seamlessly to the outside living, dining, and kitchen area, which includes a gas grill, a sink, and a prep area – all ideally situated at the pass-through poolside bar. Gather at the poolside bar while the grill is fired up in preparation for your favorite vacation feast.
