“Summer Lovin’” offers the ultimate OBX vacation experience! This oceanfront retreat has panoramic ocean views, from the Duck Research Pier to Southern Shores. A plethora of amenities are offered both at the home and in the gated Four Seasons Community. Duck Village’s best restaurants, shops, and activities are a walk or a short drive away, or take a ride on Four Seasons’ trolley, which runs throughout the community (in-season only). Since the home is in such close proximity to Duck Village, there is the option of parking the car for the week and walking, biking, or taking the Four Seasons trolley to get around. Four Seasons’ community amenities include a community pool, tennis court, basketball court, playground, and a clubhouse with an indoor pool, fitness center and game room. There is also a soundside pier, which is perfect for watching an amazing OBX sunset or going crabbing with the kids. The home is pet friendly, so your four-legged family members are welcome to join the vacation fun.
Upon turning into the driveway and passing through the grand entrance pillars, you will pass by the property’s putting green and lush landscaping, including beautiful palm trees. Enter the eloquent home, which greets you with everything needed for a relaxing and fun vacation. The top level of the home features a light and airy great room with large windows to allow the beautiful ocean view in. The spacious kitchen includes quartz countertops, two islands, and upscale appliances to make meal prep a breeze. Enjoy dinner at the large, custom-made dining table, or dine alfresco on the deck off of the kitchen while enjoying the ocean views and salty breezes. Rocking chairs are provided on the decks for afternoon relaxation. There is a separate wet bar in the great room as another option to sit and relax with a cold beverage. The top level is completed by a half bathroom and a master bedroom with a whirlpool tub in the private bathroom.
The middle level of the home consists of sleeping quarters, with four master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Three of the bathrooms feature whirlpool tubs, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. A laundry room, with two washers and two dryers, is located on the middle level for convenience.
Head down to the fun zone on the lower level. The rec room is decorated in a microbrewery theme and has a bar-like design. Have some fun playing a game of pool, or grab a snack and beverage from the nearby kitchenette with wet bar and watch the action from the sidelines. This level also includes a theatre room with large flat screen to take in the game or binge watch your favorite shows. Lastly, guests can enjoy the new arcade with video games and foosball. There are two bedrooms on the lower level as well, one master bedroom with a whirlpool tub and two bedrooms with a shared full bathroom.
Step outside to the pool area to find a plethora of outdoor fun options. Make a splash in the large, optionally-heated private pool. Grab a drink at the new tiki bar with a YETI cooler to keep drinks perfectly cold. Play a game of ping pong or horseshoes. Wander across the pool area to the private beach walkway and relax on the dune deck. Once the sun dips for the evening, gaze at the stars while soaking in the hot tub. Whichever activities you choose, your vacation dreams will come true at “Summer Lovin’!”
