Welcome to “Palm Paradise” where casual comfort and fun await you! Located in the gorgeous Four Seasons neighborhood, this home has a wonderful open floor plan layout. Experience this oceanside home, which offers a beautifully designed poolside area that includes a private swimming pool, hot tub, poolside cabana with wet bar, and several expansive decks.
On the upper level, there is a master King bedroom with a whirlpool tub. An amazing great room is designed to have everyone in your family gather. A spacious kitchen with three ovens, two refrigerators and two dishwashers which allows plenty of room to make a delicious meal or to host a dinner party.
On the middle level there are four master King bedrooms, so everyone in your group will have their own area. You can even cozy up by the gas fireplace in the den area. On the ground floor level, there is another master bedroom. Also on this floor is a rec room with fantastic items. Challenge each other to a game of pool or foosball! Sit back and relax at the sports bar while watching the big game. Watch a movie with the family in the home’s theatre room! Also included is a laundry room and a half bath.
Other amenities in this home include an elevator and a sauna! For the music lovers in the family, Palm Paradise includes a SONOS 7-zone speaker system that allows you to play your favorite music from your digital device in one or more zones, including two zones that border the pool area. "Loved the extra ice makers. Although the one in the game room didn’t work. Loved the game room although there was only one working pool stick. Loved the cabana 👍👍 awesome place to hangout and swim in the pool. The sonos speakers were great but it was almost to the end of the vacation when we realized they were labeled incorrectly. The cabana area was the “living room “. And the top deck was labeled the “pool”. Other than that the house was awesome and we LOVED the theater room although the Ethernet cable needs replacing, it is worn out. We had to jiggle it a couple times to get it to connect properly."
