"Great location. Plenty of room for the family to spread out. Kitchen was stocked with more than enough dishes and utensils but the pots and pans need some upgrading. Lots of glasses but maybe some acrylic glasses for the grandkids. Don’t like to give them glass. Having 2 full refrigerators is such a plus. Wonderful community amenities."

"The location was great! Close enough to shopping and other things in duck. Short walk to beach. The house was a little noisy/echoey but we had a lot of kids so that contributed as well. A few things were broken or setup in ways that were inconvenient such as a toilet being broken upon arrival, TVs not working, missing remotes, no nightstands, etc. We also had to go buy many essentials such as scissors, potholders, and more as they were not provided. Overall the house worked well for our needs but would have appreciated not having to make so many extra trips or phone calls to have things fixed or to purchase missing items."
