"The pool area was amazing. Loved the proximity to Duck and the available parking (both for cars and golf carts) down by the ocean/clubhouse. Club house amenities were excellent. House was very comfortable and beds were comfy. Plenty of storage in the bedrooms (new drawers), and enough coat hangers to hang up clothes. Pool table was an unexpected hit with the younger members of the group. Even had several well stocked First Aid kits - which we didn’t need but good to have."

"I love the location. Four Seasons has a lot to offer, and the house was within walking distance of everything in Duck. The pool is a nice size, our kids loved the pool table in the basement, and there was plenty of space for 12 people."

"Love this home. Well taken care of . Was extremely comfortable for my family. short walk to the beach, but the trolley was a great addition. Kitchen is well stocked. The pool was a perfect size . My grandchildren loved it as did us all. For a great OBX Getaway.. this worked for us . My first time staying in Duck. I usually stay in Corolla and decided to try Duck.. Love this quaint town. Love the Four Seasons Community and Ruth and Bea were great. Twiddy was awesome and very customer focused. Loved it so much we are going back in 2023. My only complaint was the area around the hot tub could use a little tidying up. But other than that … GREAT HOME."

"This was a lovely beach home that was well stocked with things to do. The village of Duck was a very quick walk that we took almost every day. The walk to the beach is a little cumbersome with coolers, beach umbrellas and chairs, but most days we found parking close by. The only downside was the infestation with midges in the area. They were on every white surface, including the pool, beach chairs, outdoor shower and windows. We cleaned as much as we could but it interfered in our outdoor enjoyment. Also, the hot tub was leaking and we had to fill it daily with cold water. Oh well! We had a nice, fun time!"
We are glad you enjoyed your stay! Thank you for the feedback on the hot tub. We will be replacing the hot tub. Sorry about the midges but that's a seasonal occurrence and typically they do not arrive during the summer season.

"This home is beautiful and immaculate. Kitchen is fully stocked. 5 min walk to the boardwalk (stores and restaurants, and beautiful sunsets). 8 min walk to the beach or 2 min drive (with parking available). Homeowners have made this home super cozy. Despite our rainy trip- the house made us feel at home. We would definitely stay again. Pet friendly- yet no pet odors. I have pet allergies, but my allergies were fine in this immaculate home."
