"Carpe Diem I is a beautiful home and has all of the amenities for our family. The pool table is a real plus and the 2 bunkbed rooms are perfect for our grandchildren. There is plenty of parking and the pool and cabana allowed our family to have plenty of room for sun or shade. It is close enough to the ocean for our family's comfort. The sitting area on the 2nd floor is a great addition. The kitchen is well stocked with what is needed to provide a meal for the family and the furnishings are very comfortable."

"This home has everything my family needs. A beautiful pool with gorgeous landscaping that gave everyone a tremendous feeling of calm and the cabana was used by us everyday and evening. There was plenty of parking. A fabulous pool table for the enjoyment of everyone. The 2nd level has a sitting area with tv, coffee maker, couch and a table for the enjoyment of everyone. The kitchen is very well stocked with coffee makers, blenders, wine cooler and a table large enough to accommodate our guests. The center island is a dream. We can't say enough about this home. We've already booked it for next year."

"Carpe Diem was spacious for a large group with furniture that accommodated that! The long table and ample outdoor furniture was great for our group. The beds were comfy and the pool area was perfectly laid out for sitting in the hot tub and watching the kids swim. The bonus “room” on the second level was a great hangout for the kiddos. Location was excellent, right off the bike/walking path to the beach (about a 8-10 minute walk) and on a culdesac which made it easier for the kids to bike/scoot while the adults packed up for the beach each day. Excellent home for a group with kids!"

"We really enjoyed staying at Carpe Diem I. Plenty of room for our family who loved the pool size and area. Very well stocked kitchen with plenty of seating areas. The walk to the beach was about 7 min using the back walkway or about 11 min going the main street. The neighborhood beach was a little more crowded than we anticipated but we found a spot to enjoy the day."
