The great room on the top level of the home is open and bright, with natural light and the ocean view filtering through the large widows. Relax with loved ones in the comfortably-furnished living area, which includes a gas fireplace to warm you up during the cooler months of the year. The kitchen is equipped with all that you need to prepare meals throughout your vacation. A kitchen island offers additional counter space for meal preparation, as well as barstool seating for a quick breakfast or snack. Gather together for family meals in the dining area nearby. Outside on the deck, enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon beverage in the sunshine. Back inside, there is one master bedroom on the third floor, which includes access to the deck and a whirlpool tub in the attached bathroom. A half bathroom completes the top floor of home.
A second master bedroom is located on the middle floor, and it includes a private bathroom and access to the deck. There are two additional bedrooms and one full bathroom on the second floor as well. Outside on the covered deck, there are several places to relax, including the bubbling hot tub. The final bedroom and full bathroom are on the ground floor of the home.
The rec room on the ground floor of the home can serve as a second living area, as it includes comfortable furniture and a TV. In addition, there is a wet bar with a refrigerator to ensure that cold beverages are always be available. A wine cooler is also available for use in the wet bar. Laundry facilities are also available on the ground floor of the home.
Just outside the sliding door, your outdoor oasis awaits. Take a dip in the refreshing private pool or lounge around in the sunshine by the poolside. The spacious poolside cabana is the perfect place to retreat to when you’re ready for a break from the sun. The cabana is equipped with a TV and barstool seating is available. There is plenty of counter space for meal prep and the grill is nearby. The nearby tables and chairs allow you to enjoy a cookout together in the pool area. Through the back pool gate, there is a short walkway that connects to the community walkway to the beach. There is an outdoor shower conveniently located by the gate to rinse off sand before re-entering the pool area. With only a few rows of homes in this area of Pine Island, the beach is never crowded. In addition to the amenities at the home, Pine Island offers a community pool and tennis courts. Relax and make vacation memories at “Whim-Sea” in Corolla!
