"American Pie was a perfect house for our three generations family vacation. The house is very well laid out with a beautiful great room for time together as well as lots of peaceful places for reading, enjoying the deck, or playing cards. One of our favorite parts was the "puzzle loft" where we could take turns working on our annual puzzle while still hanging out with everyone. The older grandchildren loved the bunk room and having a game space for themselves and the little ones loved being in a double twin bedroom near their parents. Our kids love to cook and the kitchen was stocked well beyond any vacation house we've stayed in before. The house is located just a few houses from the beach and it was great to take a walk to the beach each night and play in the waves. When we got back to the house, we used the foot bath and outdoor shower before jumping into the pool before bedtime. We slept very well in the comfortable beds and appreciated that every room had its own bathroom. The owners are clearly people who care about family and anticipated what is needed to turn a vacation house into a second home for a week or two. Thank you for sharing your home with us and providing us with unforgettable memories. We hope to come back to American Pie in two years!"
"American Pie is in a great location within Four Seasons - just a quick walk or golf cart ride to the beach. The interior of the home is well maintained, and the pool gets sun all day."

Everything was so clean upon arrival! Loved having a private kids area away from the rest of the house so they could enjoy their time away as well. The community playground was also a favorite!"

"We love the way the house is decorated. We love the size of the pool and the furniture around the pool The house location is great being on the sidewalk to get to town and the ocean. The bedrooms are good with comfortable beds.. Like the ice maker. One improvement needed for a bedroom is a ceiling fan for the bunk bedroom in the basement. Four teens in there at night with the door shut makes for a hot room no mater what setting the air conditioner is on.."
"Gas grill was great . Location to beach was super. Pool is nice but showing it’s age. Interior design was comfortable. Overall great. Wish we had a roll of toilet paper per bathroom and maybe some simple soaps until we got to the store."
