The great room on the third floor was designed for gathering. Unwind with loved ones in the comfortably furnished living area, which includes a large TV and a gas fireplace that is available for use during the cooler months of the year. The cooks in your group will love the kitchen, which includes a six-burner gas stove, two large refrigerators, an island, and plenty of counter space for meal preparation. The elevator is a huge help in getting groceries from the ground floor up to the kitchen on the third level. Two dishwashers in the kitchen make cleanup a breeze after big family meals in the nearby dining area. From the dining area, step outside onto the deck and into the sunshine. Back inside, there is a desk area for those in your group who need to check in with work or school during vacation. There is also a half bathroom on the top level for convenience.
There is one master bedroom on the third floor, which includes a private bathroom with a soaking tub and access to a private deck. On the middle level of the home, there are two master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and one with access to the covered deck. Two additional bedrooms share a bathroom between them. One of the bedrooms has access to the covered deck. On the ground floor, you’ll find two more master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and one with access to the pool area.
On the ground floor, fun and games will be on your vacation agenda. Gather in the media room and watch your favorite movie. The game room is equipped with foosball and a video game table. Stock snacks and drinks in the rec room’s kitchenette with a full size refrigerator, which is also convenient to the pool area.
Outside, it’s time for some fun in the sun! Take a dip in the refreshing private pool, or simply bask in the sun around the poolside. At the end of your day, enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub as you gaze up at the stars. With a central location in the Whalehead neighborhood, shopping, dining, and attractions in Corolla are within minutes of the home. “Ginny’s Tonic” is waiting to host your family’s next Outer Banks vacation!
