Newly Constructed in 2022! Completely custom designed with modern coastal comforts and sprawling, panoramic views of the beautiful Corolla coastline, Costa Bella embodies the laidback luxury you've been waiting for. Its eight master bedrooms are positioned on the top two floors, five of which offer direct ocean views. With the exception of the bunk room, each of the other seven bedrooms has its own deck access.
Guests will appreciate the privacy of the large corner lot with 100 feet of beachfront, as well as the safety of a spacious cul de sac with no public parking or through traffic. This means fewer people on the beach, but with the convenience of being approximately one mile away from Harris Teeter and many shops and restaurants, also accessible by the wide walking and bike path. Golfers will love the close proximity to The Currituck Club, just across the way on the sound side. Costa Bella is also happy to offer an electric car charging station.
Costa Bella is a designer's dream, thoughtfully decorated in crisp white and a sophisticated, neutral coastal palate. On the top level, walls of windows to the East and the South provide unparalleled views of this quiet stretch of beach, just a few lots up from one half mile of undeveloped oceanfront. Enjoy coffee made with the Nespresso machine and dolphin-sightings on the deck or in the picture-perfect breakfast nook under a bright, airy cupola and vaulted ceilings. Either way, you’ll be overlooking lush, mature dunes and a shore that appears endless.
While Costa Bella's breathtaking views take center stage, the amazing amenities are a rival for the spotlight. Experience the home's fully covered outdoor entertainment area just off the pool deck with plenty of shade, ceiling fans, TV, seating, ping pong, and a putting green. Once you’ve cooled off, take a stroll over to the pool cabana where you can catch a game while lounging in the shallow end; or maybe walk up the stairs to your own dune deck where you’ll have access to wifi, and best of all, your private walkway to the beach. Enjoy the convenience of beach cabana service, as a tent and six beach chairs will be set up for you in the morning and taken down at the end of each day during the summer. Then, take some time for rest and relaxation in Costa Bella's reading nook before heading up to the top floor to grab a drink from the bar to enjoy on the covered sunset deck, or maybe to play a game of shuffleboard. It’s another perfect day in paradise!

For 2024, beach cabana service provided May 26 - September 6 only (provides morning set-up and afternoon take-down of a tent and 6 beach chairs), service provided by Mac Bros. "Costa Bella was truly a dream. From the moment we stepped into the house, we were incredibly impressed with the attention to detail throughout the house. They had just about anything you could ever need and the amenities were top notch. The top floor was definitely our favorite indoor space with the spectacular view of the ocean, shuffleboard and plenty of space to spread out. The outside space was everything you could ever need with multiple TVs, ping pong and of course the pool/hot tub. We would have rebooked this house in a heartbeat, if our entire group could go again next year. However, we will definitely be back one day!!"

"The home was new and beautiful and very clean! In the outside area of the house, the decks were very nice and well-kept. A very nice entertainment area around the pool we all enjoyed it all day long and the lighting was perfect for the evening. The covered deck and comfortable chairs off the master suite on the main floor was my favorite spot. My husband and I enjoyed a nice bottle of wine compliments of the owner. One of our best trips to the OBX"

You raise a good point about not using the dining tables on the deck in the heat, and perhaps a set of more comfortable chairs would be a good addition. We had considered Adirondack chairs but decided it was better to enjoy the ocean views from a higher vantage point without the railing obstructing the views.
