"The house was perfect for us. The location was spot on! You could hear the waves from the house. Very nice size pool. Our family and friends shared the house with our fur baby as well and it was more than enough room. You had your choice of walking on the beach or walking the boardwalk. We have already rented for next year as well. We have been coming to the Outer Banks for the past 6 years and finally found the perfect house to rent time after time."

"Beautiful Home with many wonderful features! The bedrooms and baths are comfortable, the kitchen is completely stacked with everything you need to prepare and serve delicious meals - even a refrigerator with a great ice maker. The gas grill was so convenient. The dining room and family room were so comfortable for our large group. The tweens loved eating at the kitchen counter. Our family had fun playing pool and swimming in the beautiful pool! LabraDuck was also a short walk to the beach! We loved that LabraDuck also allowed pets- pets are truly part of our family too! Thank you for helping our family create many wonderful memories! ❤️"

"We loved staying at LabraDuck! The house was beautiful and perfect for our family. The kitchen had everything we needed and the eating areas, counter and dining table, were lovely. The personal touches, individual room names, decorations, and fantastic outdoor furniture were amazing! The backyard pool, outdoor shower, and volleyball area provided us with hours of fun. We were thrilled to have a gas grill at the house too. Two large refrigerators, two dishwashers, air conditioning, lots of lovely rooms and bathrooms.. and a short walk to the beach! Life at LabraDuck is great!"

We loved the neighborhood which is walking distance to the center of town, closeness to the beach, the decks that contained the kids, all of the extra blankets and bedding, the pool area and carpet on the steps which muffled the sound. It had everything we needed for our annual OBX trip."

"The home was well layed out, especially on the top floor. It was nice having the laundry room on the second floor where most of the bedrooms were located. The pool and hot tub area was nice with a fenced-in area. The cherry on top was that we were only a short walking distance from the beach. There was an added bonus of a clubhouse with an indoor pool, which the children enjoyed because of the cooler weather."

"The house was great and we enjoyed our stay! Overall everything was fabulous and the extra space and amenities (pool table, hot tub, grill, beach chairs) were enjoyed by all. The house could use a better cleaning to remove some cobwebs, dust bunnies and build up in the jets in the master bathtub. We were disappointed in the indoor community pool not being heated."

"Labraduck is in a perfect location: a lovely street across from the town center and a very short walk to the beach. The house is very clean, the mattresses are comfortable, and the showers are strong and hot. I loved how the owners created theme rooms for all the bedrooms. The kitchen was well-equipped and everything worked as it should. I loved the pet-friendly touches, like the raised water bowls and the Labrador-themed artwork. The kids loved the hot tub and we all loved the fireplace. Would definitely rent here again."
"Great location close to the beach in Duck Landing. The house could use nicer furnishings and some outdoor and indoor sprucing up and maintenance, but that did not detract too much from the stay. Pool / hot tub were nice and happy we could bring our dogs. Overall a good house in a great spot ."
