Soak up the sun in the gated private pool area or cool off in the shade of surrounding trees. A grassy space lies within the fence, providing the perfect location for lawn games with the family. After the sun sets, retreat to the mid-level deck for a soak in the hot tub.
On the top level of the home, you will be greeted with spacious, inviting living areas accentuated by vaulted ceilings an open floor plan. Another highlight of this level is the King Master Suite complete with deck access and a jetted whirlpool tub, while four additional Master Bedrooms on the mid-level provide plenty of privacy for multi-family vacations.
Opportunities for family fun continue in the level one recreation room with billiards and a flat screen TV. A convenient kitchenette with full-sized fridge and microwave is also provided so a snack or cool beverage are never far from reach.

"The layout of the house was great. The bedroom situation worked well for our family of three pairs of adults, two teens, a five year old and a toddler in a crib. The living room and dining area are huge. The kitchen countertops are wide enough to put our stuff and still have room for five people to eat using the bar stools. The two outside showers were spacious. Some of us even used those all week instead of showering inside the home."
