The light and airy great room on the top level is sure to be an attractive gathering spot for everyone. Relax on the comfortable furniture in the great room, equipped with a large TV and inviting fireplace. Step out onto the spacious wrap around deck in the evening for the stunning sunset and gaze at the crystal clear night time sky. Just off the main room is a sunroom, perfect for a quiet conversation or curling up with a good book and outfitted with a wireless printer and high speed WiFi for those needing to get some work done. The kitchen is equipped with all that you need to prepare meals for the week, just add groceries! Attractive countertop seating and a large dining area allows for enjoying meals together before hitting the beach. Step outside onto the east-facing deck to check out the sunrise or what's going on in the pool area below. There is one master bedroom, with a private bathroom and deck access, on the top level of the home. A half bathroom can also be found on the third floor just off the great room.
The middle level of the home consists of sleeping quarters. There are two master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, including one with a private entrance to the second floor deck. A bedroom with two Twin beds shares a bathroom with room offering two bunk sets. On the ground floor, there is a Queen bedroom with a private bathroom. Porch swings on the second floor deck make a great front row seat to the beautiful sunsets. The ground level also features a rec room with a pool table, game table, wet bar with a full size refrigerator nearby to keep snacks and drinks handy, and a half bathroom. A full sized washer and dryer is located on the lower level as well.
Step outside to the pool area, where you can bask in the warm sun, take a dip in the pool to cool off or watch the stars come out in the 5 person hot tub. The close by outdoor shower adds an invigorating way to start the day or a handy changing room before you head inside. The outdoor grill completes the ensemble to give you all you need to enjoy your vacation.
This home is located a hop, skip and a jump from the shops and boardwalk in Duck to sample the local fare. An intimate bar and restaurant with outdoor seating and live music plus a full service water sports facility is short stroll to the south. Private community sound access with pier a short stroll to the north - no driving needed!
One of the unique perks of staying at “Tres Bella” is access to Carolina Dunes community amenities. Although the home is located within Sand Hills, the homeowner’s membership in the Carolina Dunes HOA extends community benefits to guests, including all three beach access points, limited shared parking near Beach Access #1 at the end of Sprigtail Drive, and the soundside park and pier. Beach Access #3, located between Pintail Drive and Widgeon Drive, is closest to the home for an easy walk to the beach.
