"This house is beautiful for sure. I love the updates. The molding throughout the house is gorgeous. The floor with the bedrooms is stunning and it will be very nice once the bathrooms are updated. The deck is wonderful, and the tall chairs are fabulous to see the beach and ocean well. The view of the beach is outstanding! The master bathroom tub, to die for! These are the things I loved most about this house. I would stay at this house again if it had a pool, elevator and family room. It came available and we grabbed it but moving forward, we must have an elevator and direct beach access."

"Thank you again for sharing this wonderful home with us. I believe this is my 24th year enjoying this house and it seems to get better every year! The new refrigerator was a nice surprise altho we missed the ice maker, also the new patio doors are great. I’d like to commend the couple that did our mid-week cleaning, the were extremely efficient and did an excellent job. That’s also to Kerry for getting the fireplace going. As always the house was so comfortable and of course reading out on the deck was the best! Thanks again for a wonderful two weeks of rest and relaxation in such a special house."

"I believe this is my 21 year I have spent at this house and once again it was wonderful!! It was in excellent condition and the improvements just enhanced the beauty of the house! The wood floors are fantastic what a good idea. I appreciated the new patio doors and the new deck furniture. My only disappointment was the missing lounge chairs (actually, we did find one) since we use them to read on the deck most of the day. I am hoping you all could leave us another one to use next year please. I again the customer service you always provide, you are so very efficient in responding to any problem we had which I might say were very few. Your staff are so pleasant and accommodating what a pleasure. I do want to single out one of your employees, his name is Ryan. As we were getting ready to unload our stuff at the house when we arrived, Ryan drove up , he was there to check a small issue with the hot tub. He saw all the stuff we had and offered to help put it in the house. he carried practically all our things up the stairs to the 3rd level!!!! I cannot tell you how grateful we were for his help! He is certainly a credit to your company and I hope you will acknowledge him, as one of your valuable employees, he most certainly deserves recognition for going above and beyond his job. Thank you Ryan, we will always remember your kindness. Thank you Twiddy for another cherished stay at the house, can't wait 'til next year!!!"
"The location of the home is great. Being oceanfront is always a must for us. It looks like the owner is gradually making some improvements in and around the home which is appreciated. Kitchen appliances are due for replacement, yet functional. This year the stairs to the beach were removed and replaced with a sand hill. This was manageable for the 30 somethings in our group, but was a bit challenging for the seniors. We enjoyed our stay, it was comfortable and relaxing. Twiddy responded quickly to the few issues we reported."

"Once again my stay at the house was wonderful! I have been staying at this house for over 20 years, and have always felt comfortable and safe there. With the exception of a few of the living room blinds not working properly and I think the patio doors in the living room and upstairs master bedroom need adjusting they are difficult to open and close and the bedroom one is difficult to lock, otherwise the house is in excellent condition and I can hardly wait to get back to it next year!!!"

"This house was fabulous as it was just my husband and I staying in it. Location is perfect, within 5 minutes of Duck. Only downfall is if there is a larger group staying the kitchen is kind of small but it is very well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. The size of the kitchen is the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars."
