Take the elevator or stairs to the top floor where you’ll immediately be awed by picturesque ocean views and an abundance of natural light flooding in through plentiful floor-to-ceiling windows. In addition to the views, the impressive beauty of the interior furnishings are also sure to catch your eye. Colors, textures, and unique statement pieces are meticulously coordinated giving every corner of the home a feeling of coastal elegance. Although the home is incredibly spacious and open, it still retains a feeling of coziness and warmth that you and your loved ones will appreciate. The kitchen is on the east side of the home, so endless views of the ocean can be enjoyed while cooking or hanging out around the spacious seated bar. Stainless steel appliances which include 3 ovens, two dishwashers, and two refrigerators make it easy and enjoyable to entertain for a full house. The gas stove top will bring out your inner chef! Granite countertops and upscale custom cabinetry enhance the beauty of this well designed professional kitchen. A generous island with bar seating is the only divider between the kitchen and great room so the family chef won’t miss out on a moment of the festivities. A bonus Den with an additional television lies just off of the great room, providing more space to gather together as a family. "I dont give reviews often but this house was one of my favorites. We have been to the OBX since 1992 and this was one of our favorites. Every small detail you could think of was addressed. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking, very clean, well maintained and the views felt like ocean front. The house was built well, held up to the driving rains and winds from the storms that came through. There were speakers everywhere, TVs with many streaming options, a nice movie room, the outdoor set up was excellent. I could go on and on, thank you Owners and Twiddy! The only small issue was the two ice makers were not working and after one service call they still had issues, but because the owners thought of everything the 3 Refrigerators had ice makers! Go figure and Twiddy offered to pay for ice. I would give it 5 stars"
