The top level master bedroom suite features deck access and a relaxing soaking tub. "This house is great. My wife and I are elderly and appreciated the elevator especially when moving the luggage and coolers. Our family of adult children, spouses and grandchildren were very comfortable in the spacious house. We loved the private boardwalk to the beach and the 7stairs to the sand was a god send for my wife who has bad knees. The house is 30 years old and is a little dated but it is immaculate and has been updated. Bedrooms have TVs. Pool table and ping pong table are great for after beach activities. The hot tub was great when we had a cool day during our week we spent there. We highly recommend this house."

"Lovely oceanfront home. Great view from the living room and kitchen. Loved all of the amenities the house had. The pool table was great entertainment for the entire family. Our family enjoyed many nights playing pool. The elevator is was handy for the older people in our group. Our parents appreciated having it in the house. We had the opportunity to meet the owner the day we checked in and he was very nice. I love knowing the home is personally owned by someone. I was glad I was able to thank him for sharing his home with our family. He had great historical information on the area and the subdivision. I highly recommend this vacation home for your next family gathering."
"This home is nice. We come to the Outer banks nearly every year; first time we have stayed in Duck. Highly recommend! Close to most everything but still quiet and wonderful. This house needs some updating. The toilets are all very slow; one broke while we were there but was fixed the next day. Bathrooms and fixtures are very dated; the whole house needs to be painted. Cabinetry needs work, grill could be updated and the decking needs repaired. HOWEVER, it was vacation so it really was fine. Best parts of the house are the elevator (I have some disabilities), the views of course, stereo/sound system was great! We truly lacked for nothing."
"Beautiful home in a great area, perfect for a long time coming family get away. So many little details are taken care of in this home - cooler, beach chairs, dish soap, toilet paper & paper towels, etc. My only complaint is that the mattresses are very firm & the pillows quite thin. I'd likely bring our own pillows if we stay at the home again. The location was perfect being able to have solitude on the beach but a quick bike ride into town gave us ample shopping opportunities."

"This is a nice home situated in a quiet culd-de-sac that is beach front. That made for beautiful sunrises and evenings on the back deck. I would like to give it higher stars, however, we had too many maintenance issues and for the money paid, it should not have occurred. I do understand its a rental with high turn over, but I've stayed in many beach rentals and never had this many maintenance requests. Lastly, if you like mattresses that are really firm...this will be right up your alley."
