The top level unfolds into an open and attractive great room, perfectly arranged for watching waves, sharing family movie nights, or simply lounging with a book. while savoring the sea breeze. Just outside, the deck provides a perfect spot to kick back, relax, and enjoy the refreshing ocean breeze. It’s the ideal place to watch the sunrise over the ocean while sipping your morning coffee. Back inside and across the room, the kitchen is equipped and ready for you to whip up vacation meals, whether it’s a big breakfast or a seafood boil. The dining room invites your entire group to gather for meals. Additional seating is available at the kitchen barstools and in the nearby sitting area.
On the middle floor, the rec room is equipped with a pool table and a wet bar, as well as a gorgeous ocean view. Step outside onto the deck when you’re in need of some fresh salt air. On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious media room with a large TV, ideal for movie nights. Stock the nearby kitchenette with snacks and drinks for easy access to refreshments.

The bedrooms are thoughtfully laid out to offer restful retreats for your entire group. There is one bedroom on the top level, complete with an ensuite bathroom, beautiful ocean view, and access to the oceanfront deck. Two additional bedrooms on the second floor each have an ensuite bathroom and access to the deck. There is an additional bedroom with a semi-private bathroom that also opens to the common area. Two bedrooms on the ground floor each have an ensuite bathroom and offer deck access. The final bedroom and full bathroom are on the home’s ground floor. There is a half bathroom on the third floor.
