On the top floor of the home, you’ll find an open and airy great room that features ocean views. The living area is comfortably furnished and includes a fireplace for use during the chillier days of the year. Kick back and relax just outside of the living area on the deck and enjoy the salty ocean breeze. The kitchen is stocked with all equipment needed to prepare meals during your vacation, including two ovens. Countertop seating is available for a quick breakfast before heading outside to the pool or beach. Two dishwashers assist with cleanup after large family meals. Meals can be enjoyed in the dining area nearby. The ship’s watch is the perfect place to sneak away with a good book. The third level of the home includes one master bedroom, which features ocean views and includes a private bathroom.
On the middle level of the home, you’ll find three master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. There is also a den with a TV, which can serve as a great place to congregate and make plans for the day. The remaining two master bedrooms can be found on the ground floor of the home, and each includes a private bathroom. The kids will love hanging out around the pool table or watching a movie in the rec room. The kitchenette with refrigerator in the rec room can be stocked with snacks and drinks so the kids can refuel themselves during breaks in action.
From the rec room, step outside for some fun in the sun. The refreshing private pool is waiting for you to make a splash. The spacious pool deck is perfect for lounging around in the sunshine. After the sun sets for the evening, head over to the hot tub for a relaxing soak to end your day. Located in the Bias Shores community, this home is a short drive or a bike ride away from the heart of Duck Village.
