"Loved the fenced in back yard for our dogs! This was as much a vacation for them as it was for us! Beach access was near also. The home was well equipped to allow everyone to have their own space. We loved the loft for reading and the view of the ocean from the top floor. The home was also conveniently located near grocery stores, sightseeing, shopping and restaurants. "Close to a beach access that is not strictly stairs… much appreciated for wagons full of kids toys. Kitchen has good assortment of dishes, pots, pans, utensils, coffee makers, etc. Large backyard. Quantity of rooms/masters was great for vacation with multiple families. The outdoor dumbwaiter was great for getting heavy coolers up and down from kitchen! Loft area was nice for puzzles, games, etc. Upper deck provided view of fireworks on 4th of July for those who had young kids in bed and had to stay at the house."
