Inside, this spacious beach retreat opens across three thoughtful levels. On the top floor, the generously sized great room has plenty of space for everyone to gather. The living area is comfortably furnished, perfect for relaxing and watching movies together in the evening. Enjoy your morning coffee or get lost in a good book in the cheery sunroom, which is full of natural light. Outside on the deck that overlooks the pool area, soak in the sunshine and savor the salty ocean breeze. The kitchen is equipped and ready for epic pancake mornings or sunset appetizers. The kitchen island is perfect for casual appetizers as dinner is being prepared. Family meals can be enjoyed in the nearby dining area.
The spacious sitting area on the second floor is another great place to watch TV or curl up with a good book. Step outside onto the mid-level covered deck for a restorative soak in the hot tub. Many fun afternoons and evenings will be spent in the rec room on the ground floor, a perfect pit stop for foosball tournaments, arcade games, or a break from the sun. Stock the fridge and the nearby wet bar with snacks and cold beverages to keep them readily available.
There is one bedroom on the third floor, which includes access to the deck and an ensuite bathroom. A half bathroom is conveniently located on the third floor. An additional bedroom with deck access and an ensuite bathroom is available on the home’s second floor. Two additional middle-level bedrooms share a full bathroom between them, and one of the bedrooms has access to the covered deck that overlooks the pool area. The final ensuite bedroom is on the ground floor and features a full bathroom. Also available is a cabana half bathroom, which opens to both the common space inside the home and the pool area.
Outside, take a dip in the refreshing private pool or simply hang out around the poolside. When you need a break from the sun, head over to the nearby tiki bar. For friendly competition, there’s a volleyball court in the yard, a mini putting green, a horseshoe pit, and a basketball hoop in the driveway for impromptu family tournaments, complete with vacation bragging rights.
Corolla’s sandy shores are just a short walk away. Entertainment, shopping, and dining options are within a few minutes’ drive.
