Looking to have the most epic family vacation across the USA? Everybody’s gone surfin’...to “Surfin’ USA” in Corolla! Situated on a large lot just four homes back from the beach, this home is packed with amenities and offers horizon views of the ocean. With a spacious layout, inside and out, the entire family will be stoked for all that the home has to offer.
The third level of the home is dedicated to the great room, which features many windows to allow natural light to fill the space. The comfortable living area invites you to kick back and relax with loved ones. The cooks in the family can participate in the conversation from the kitchen nearby. The spacious kitchen is equipped for preparing meals for your entire squad, with double ovens, plenty of counter space, and two dishwashers. Everyone has a seat at the table during meals, as there are two large dinette sets as well as barstool seating at the kitchen counter. An additional smaller table is available for meals if needed or it can be used for putting together puzzles or playing card games throughout your stay. A half bathroom completes the inside of the top level of the home. Step outside to enjoy the salty ocean breeze from the deck off of the dining area or on the wrap around deck. Walk up the steps to the rooftop-level deck for a glimpse of the ocean. A comfortable shaded seating area is available directly underneath the rooftop-level deck. Just around the corner, the sun deck overlooks the pool area and backyard.
Back inside on the middle floor of the home, there is one master bedroom, which includes a private bathroom and access to the deck. Two additional bedrooms share a bathroom, and each bedroom has access to the deck. The final bedroom on the second floor has access to the deck and shares a bathroom with the den. The den can be used as additional sleeping space if needed.
On the ground floor, you’ll find another master bedroom, which includes a private bathroom. There are two additional bedrooms, one with a semi-private bathroom. The rec room on the first floor was furnished with fun and games in mind. Play at the pool table or lounge around nearby. When refreshments are needed, there is a full size refrigerator as well as a wine refrigerator in the wet bar. Laundry facilities can also be found on the ground floor of the home.
Outside, there are endless possibilities for vacation fun. Drop in to the thoughtfully designed pool area and take a dip in the refreshing private pool or simply lounge around poolside. The poolside cabana features an outdoor fireplace and comfortable furniture. A grill and several different seating options are available for lunch or dinner without leaving the pool area. In the backyard, the active members of your family can choose to play on the volleyball court, at the horseshoe pit, and or on the kids playset. In the front yard, there is a putting green, basketball goal, and shuffleboard. The home is located between two beach accesses in the Whalehead community. “Surfin’ USA” is the perfect spot for your family to make vacation memories!
