On the top floor, the spacious great room is the heart of the home, featuring large windows that let in natural light. The living area offers plenty of comfortable seating for movie nights or relaxed conversation. During the cooler months of the year, a gas fireplace is available to keep you cozy. The well-equipped kitchen makes cooking a pleasure, with modern appliances, generous counter space, and everything needed to prepare everything from sunrise breakfasts to fresh seafood dinners. The open dining space is perfect for sharing family meals. Step outside onto the deck to enjoy the gentle ocean breeze, the perfect place to sip your morning coffee, read a good book, or simply take in the view.
The rec room on the ground floor will be the nightly entertainment hub. Gather around the pool table for some friendly competition or simply relax in the sitting area nearby. Stock the nearby kitchenette with snacks and drinks for convenient access.
