The well-appointed kitchen makes cooking a breeze, featuring ample counter space and all the tools needed to prepare everything from casual snacks to special dinners. Step out onto the sun deck to savor the coastal breeze, a perfect spot for morning coffee, an al fresco lunch, or watching the sky change colors at sunset.
Outside, the private pool area is where summer memories are made. Spend your days splashing, lounging, or playing poolside games with the family. The nearby hot tub offers the ultimate way to unwind at the end of each day.
In the evenings, head downstairs to the rec room on the ground floor. Play at the pool table or relax in the nearby sitting area. The kitchenette nearby can be stocked with snacks and drinks to keep refreshments handy at all times.

An additional ensuite bedroom with a private bathroom can be found on level 1.5. There are two more bedrooms on level two, one with a semi-private bathroom that opens to the common area. The final bedroom is on the ground floor and includes a semi-private bathroom.
