"We loved the vast array of games, well stocked kitchen, beach chairs and boogie boards, heated pool, and more. When there were problems (freezer stopped working) Twiddy was very quick to help."

As an update, the first vendor was unable to repair the freezer (issue with the freon system) so a new fridge/freezer is arriving tomorrow and will be all set for the 2026 season. Twiddy has always been responsive to our guests and I'm glad they provided good service once again. Hope to see you and your crew back at Beach SeaZen in the future! P.S. I'll be shopping for a crockpot to add to the kitchen. Thanks for the recommendation.

"The house is wonderful and spacious! The owners even provide spices, coffee filters, a Keurig (not a coffee drinker myself, but Keurig cups), hand soap, a drying rack for delicates (like bathing suits, etc.) and more, and just ask to replenish if you use it up. The crow's nest addition is super which we enjoyed last year (along with the pool cabanas), can even see the beach flag for beach conditions from it. And, from the kitchen window, too! Wow the wet bar at the pool with TV was awesome. Swimming and music (for us) was really nice being a music listening family. One of the new additions this year was the Zen Garden. But so nice to walk out to. Grand kids loved the bridge! Must mention, the grands (3 of them, 8 and twins 5) think the house is the best hide & seek house! We saw the 1st Sea Turtle hatch from the nest a Bonito access point! That's a forever memory! Love that the beach guards call over the families for updates on surf, riptide conditions and have a sense of humor (he said when everyone shows up...scatter, LOL). Definitely have loved our stay at Beach SeaZen!"

"The house was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. We particularly liked the spaciousness of the main level and the pool area where we watched a movie one evening. The walk to the beach was reasonable and we also liked sitting in the crows nest in the evening with its nice view of the beach and evening sky."

"Loved the updated look of the interior and the new living room furniture! The beds were so comfortable and the home was very clean. The well-stocked kitchen made cooking a breeze. We had a great time watching the sunrise and the sunset from the crow’s nest and having shaded seating at the pool was wonderful. We appreciated the short walk to the beach and the provision of nice beach chairs and a sun shade. We will definitely be back!"

"Wonderful spacious house! Like the pay forward with products, as we did after our stay. Loved the crow's nest and chairs! Definitely a great addition to the house, as well, as the covered outdoor furniture in the pool area. We adults are fans of the 'Ship's Watch' on the top floor which is the great room, kitchen and dining area level. Lots of fun playing pool! Lots of fun in the outdoor pool! Hot tub used :) Nice walk to the beach access. There are 2 accesses to the beach from the house location. Made a great family vacation! Going back in 2025!"

"Perfect place for a family vacation. The new pool is amazing! Plenty of space and the floors are practically soundproof which was outstanding considering our family reunion had 16 people living there. Twiddy was super responsive to my message for concerns upon arrival (just reporting some items that were worn from use like outdoor chairs and batteries missing in the remotes) They had the maintenance teams dispatched the very same day check out my concerns and took care of it immediately. 10/10 for their responsiveness!"

"Margaritaville I is an ideal house for our family because it has a lot of bedrooms and bathrooms. One of the best aspects of the home is the large ground floor rec room. We have rented this home 2 years in a row and can see the needed upkeep and lack of maintenance. The exterior needs to be landscaped and cleaned up."
"Very happy with our stay! Great location and the pool was awesome. Had a few broken household items like curtain rods, blinds, dresser legs but Twiddy put in orders quickly to fix things. Enjoyed our stay with a large family and lots of Kids!"

"First the things we really liked for family of 24!!! Lots of space for different groups to relax and have fun without getting in each other’s way! Pool and hot tub were very nice and we loved using them! There were adequate linens and towels. Blankets could be cleaned/replaced due to age, but they were okay. Exterior needs a paint job, but understand the harsh environment, so it was okay also. Where we had issue was the equipment in kitchen. Somethings there were numerous quantities, but not enough kitchen linens or measuring spoons/cups. We cook in, so we had a great need to use. Be prepared for a hike to get to the public access for the beach. It was fine for me....but difficult for older and those with babies...who had to haul a lot of gear. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would consider this rental again."
"Spacious home with a bit of a view of the ocean. Tons of storage space in the kitchens and bedrooms. Missing some essentials needed for families with children and could use a full sized grill. Lots of common space to hang out both inside and outside the house. Exterior of the home could use a fresh coat of paint but the interior is well taken care of."
