"Loved that each King Master had deck access. "Spa suite" in separate building was nice and quiet being separated from the main house. Screened in porch was a quiet retreat away from the main house. High end outdoor furniture was a huge plus. Plenty of covered outside space to enjoy alone or with the group. Hot tub was huge! Fire pit was a nice extra addition- never thought watching a fire while listening to the waves would be so relaxing."

"The outdoor space was great! The pool and hot tubs were perfect as well as the fire pit and plentiful furniture. The pool heat was just right for the October weather. The ample amount of freezer and refrigerator space was appreciated. The ice maker in the bar area is great. All the rooms were well-appointed and spacious. The game room and theater room were enjoyed by everyone. It was the perfect space for our wedding as well!"

"Our best family vacation yet! Perfect weather, gorgeous home. Everybody had their own space, yet many large areas to gather. Twiddy was responsive to our very few needs. Highly recommend renting a slushie machine too from SeaFreezeOBX, the kids and adults loved it! We lucked out and booked the same week in the same beautiful house next year, although 2021 will be hard to beat. We've been to Newport Beach, CA, Seaside, Florida 30A and OBX is the hands down winner with our large group of 25. Thanks Twiddy!"

"We loved this home! Stayed at a few diff ones and this one was our fav! We had a total of 20 adults and 2 kids and there were soo many diff areas that I hardly ever ran into other people. Lol. They really thought things through in their designs, layout and the bedrooms are actually a little bigger than what they looked like in the pictures. Everyone had access to a deck from their rooms and the kitchen had everything we needed (just took a min to find lol). However, BE VERY CAREFUL about putting on the flood lights at night time and opening doors!!! Yikes! There were sooo many bugs! The pool was great for the two little ones (1&2 years old) and the shallow parts were great for laying out too. We loved that there were two outdoors showers and two nice outdoor bathrooms. The outdoor spaces were really nice! But again, we were there at the beginning of oct and when we put the outdoor lights on, the bugs were insane! The large hot tub was HUGE and easy to use. Def hope this same home is avail when we come back in 2022!"
