A private salt-treated pool with shaded cabana area provides sun and shade all day long and is an ideal respite after a day in the sand. Relax in the third-level hot tub with stars above, ocean views to the east and sunsets to the west. Multiple living areas such as a captain's watch, screened porch and numerous sun and shade decks provide space for everyone to relax and enjoy their time on the coast. All decking provides very comfortable furniture for guests. Ample sun decks make outdoor living a breeze. The community soundside pool, dock, boat launch and tennis courts are just a short walk away. The beach access is conveniently located directly across from the driveway making getting to and from the sand a breeze. Coffee and sunrises have never been better together! March Madness has it all!
