Experience coastal elegance at “Kingsbridge II” in Corolla! Located directly on the oceanfront, savor ocean views and salty breezes throughout your vacation. Featuring spacious common areas and many extras, your entire family will love all that this home offers.
The great room on the home’s top floor is open and airy, with large ocean-facing windows that allow the gorgeous view and abundant natural light to fill the room. Relax in the comfortably furnished living area and watch TV, or simply gaze out at the waves rolling in. The living area is equipped with a wet bar for easy access to snacks and some beverages. The spacious kitchen offers an island and plenty of space for multiple cooks. Two ovens, a gas stove, two dishwashers, and a wine cooler are also available in the well-equipped kitchen. Enjoy family meals together in the dining area nearby. Additional seating is available at the kitchen counter barstools. In the early mornings, make a cup of coffee and step outside onto the deck to watch a stunning Outer Banks sunrise over the ocean. The screened porch is the perfect place to take a break from the midday sun with a good book while listening to the waves lap the shore nearby. A half bathroom is conveniently located on the third floor.
There is one spacious master bedroom on the third floor, which offers large windows to enjoy the ocean view. The bedroom is also equipped with a spacious private bathroom, with access to the cabana-top sun deck that overlooks the pool area and ocean. Three additional master bedrooms can be found on the second floor of the home, each with a private bathroom and access to the deck. The final bedroom on the middle floor also has access to the deck. Laundry facilities and a full bathroom complete the second floor.
The rec room on the ground floor is equipped with a pool table, perfect for playing in the evenings after a long day outside. A kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator offers convenience when refreshments are needed. A half bathroom is also available on the ground floor.
Outside, the refreshing private pool awaits. Lounge around in the sunshine around the pool, or opt to relax on the cabana-top deck that offers an ocean view. The poolside cabana has a TV and coolers for easily accessible cold beverages and entertainment. Shade is also available on the opposite side of the pool area, where you’ll find the hot tub, perfect for a relaxing soak before bed. From the pool area, take a short stroll on the private walkway to access the beach. With a central location in Corolla, shopping, dining, and attractions are within minutes. “Kingsbridge II” is ready to host your family’s memorable Outer Banks vacation!
