Hi Paige, and thanks for your review. So glad you enjoyed the house and had fun with your group! I am indeed painting the outside of the house his year--thanks for your thoughts. I do struggle with the "piles of stuff" thrown under the house. I always start the season with chairs, boogie boards, pool toys, etc in the outdoor closet, but it seems people prefer to just leave by the carport when they come off the beach. I have removed some leftover materials left by repair people and in general cleaned it up. Again, I appreciate your comments and suggestions! I hope you will come back! All the best!
"The rooms are spacious. The bedrooms are laid out for privacy and for families who need children near by. The kitchen is well equipped. could use a sharper pizza cutter. I know, its minor. The view from the great room is spectacular ! Pool and hot tubs CLEAN. Had a couple of maintenance problems, but issues were promptly addressed. Maintenance people explained why and what they were doing, went straight to work and did not interfere with family. The walk to the ocean is close to steps. My family was comfortable and loved every minute. Would definitely go back."

"Twiddy made the reservation process quick and easy. When I called to discuss changing the home's check in day in the off season, they responded quickly. The description and pictures of the home were accurately represented. Were so lucky to enjoy beautiful weather the first week of November."

Thank you so much for your review and suggestions! I am replacing over 30 windows and doors this winter so we should be watertight! I am also replacing all the decking and most of the mattresses. "Our visit 10/16-10/23 was picture perfect with a full moon and sunny, warm days. KelCari has great bones, but after a busy peak season was in need of some serious maintenance. The kitchen is well appointed with some surprising appliance 'extras', and the pool level outdoor accommodations (furniture and fire pit) were the highlight of our Fall vacation."

"Home was amazing, the only complaint we have is that part of the reason we rented was for the fore pit and grills. The gas was out Monday and we called Tuesday morning. It was never refilled. Otherwise the experience was amazing and the house was top notch!"
I'm so sorry about the gas. Sometimes guests simply leave the gas on at the grill and it runs through the entire large tank on the property. One of the guests before you probably did that. Twiddy did tell us about the problem and they phoned the gas provider immediately. I'm so sorry that the vendor didn't come quickly enough! I understand Twiddy did bring a loaner replacement grill with its own tank.
"Great location and clean large house. few maintenance issues such as burned out light bulbs and non-working pool fence lights requiring maintence request. Also house of this size with large kitchen should have a garbage disposal."
