Upon entering the home, you are greeted by clean lines and modern finishes in every corner. The great room on the top floor features an open-concept layout and contemporary decor. The living area is comfortably furnished and includes an electric fireplace, perfect for gathering with loved ones to chat or watch TV. Across the room, the kitchen is as functional as it is attractive, with a fluid layout that includes an island with barstool seating. The kitchen is equipped with two refrigerators, two sinks, two dishwashers, and all that you need to prepare meals throughout your stay. The home’s elevator makes getting groceries up to the kitchen a breeze. The adjacent dining area is equipped with a wet bar for easy access to beverages as you enjoy family meals together. If you’d prefer to dine outdoors, an outdoor dining table is available outside on the spacious covered deck. Take a stroll up the spiral staircase to reach the rooftop-level deck, which offers horizon views of the ocean. A half bathroom is included on the third floor for convenience.
One ensuite bedroom can be found on the top level of the home, and it includes a private bathroom. Three more ensuite bedrooms are on the middle level, each with a private bathroom and access to the covered deck. One of the mid-level ensuite bedrooms has an electric fireplace and a spacious bathroom with a soaking tub. On the home’s ground floor, you’ll find the final three ensuite bedrooms, each with a private bathroom.
The spacious media room on the ground floor serves as another comfortable place to relax. Gather to watch a movie or simply lounge around and read a book. Stock the nearby wet bar refrigerator so snacks and drinks can be readily available. A half bathroom is also available on the ground floor.
Just outside, you’ll find outdoor living at its finest. Take a dip in the refreshing private pool or simply lounge around the poolside in the sunshine. When you’re ready to take relaxation to the next level, the bubbling hot tub is available nearby. Enjoy meals by the pool, as there is a dedicated grilling area with an outdoor dining table nearby. “Greyson’s Getaway” is the perfect modern coastal retreat for your family to make Outer Banks vacation memories!
