"The week was a bit cool so we didn't make use of the pool but we (two couples) loved the views from the house, walks on the beach, shopping and exploring. The kitchen is well equipped and the decor is lovely throughout the house. I wish I had know the TV wasn't "Smart" so I could have brought our firestick."

"We loved our time spent at the Canterbury Whale! The home was the perfect size for our family of 6 and the kids favorite hangout was definitely the loft! The home had everything we needed to be comfortable cooking/grilling with plenty of serving platters and even plastic dishes/cups for our toddlers. The deck was new and we loved splitting time between the pool and the beach. The lifeguards are close by and the beach never disappoints. As always, Twiddy was responsive to any concern that we had. Next year’s trip is already booked and we can’t wait to go back!"
"Our vacation was relaxing and full of beach time thanks to Canterbury Whale which is nestled in the sand dunes of Corolla NC. The private access to the beach was so convenient. We enjoyed our coffee up on the deck perched over the dunes while watching the sunrise. The pool was perfect for those who were not comfortable swimming with the fishes. Bedding and mattresses were very comfortable. The decor was charming and cozy. We had a rainy day and would have enjoyed a bigger smart tv to catch up on our Netflix. We all said we’d love to return to Canterbury Whale."
"Really nice house for a family of four. Was Just Perfect. Well equipped. The only thing we would change - and this is very minor - is to add an umbrella to the pool area table. But I get it - that would be tough to keep in place during sudden storms. Would definitely stay here again."
