"Loved the composite decking (no splinters!!), loved that the carpet was removed (really great since rugs that were there tended to catch sand spurs), the mattresses we used were wonderful, spent a lot of time in hot tub on third deck (stars there are amazing) & kitchen was fairly well stocked. Ample outside furniture (missed the tall adirondack chairs, I'm short lol)."

"We’ve rented this house for more than 15 years (before Twiddy took over.) We LOVE its location on the beach. It’s a good house for a family. Love the large kitchen table as well seating 10 people every night. With the rip currents this week, we were very grateful for the pool and hot tub."

"We essentially love the house for our family that seems to keep growing! Love the proximity to the beach. The hot tub on the upper deck is a real selling point to be able to gather and have the ocean views. We also really appreciate the whole upper deck set up with all the rocking chairs and Adirondack chairs. Also, the large dining table is a real asset! The fans for all the bedrooms and the 2 separate thermostats allow for comfort also. We appreciated the addition of some rugs in the bedrooms/etc. I'll put this in the other comments, but more could be added to help with the comfort level as well as a comment from some to PLEASE not get rid of the carpet on the stairs! :) We've enjoyed the arcade games and the foosball and pool table on occasion."

"We’ve stayed in this house for ~13 years (before Twiddy acquired it.) The view and location on the beach cannot be beat. It’s perfect for our 3 generations and 2 dogs!"
"The home was comfortable and had easy access to the beach. It accommodated each member of my family. The suggestions for improvement are: Continue to replace the concrete around the pool and the dishwasher nearest to the stove was not always working properly."

"The location was spectacular! We were able to see horses on the beach without leaving our own deck one morning. The house is set up nicely, making it easy for multiple families to share the space. The "kid's" rooms on the first floor off the game room were perfect- giving them their own space was good for all of us. The beach is nice and wide at that spot, we never once felt crowded even during a peak summer week. It's worth the extra drive time for the incredible lack of crowds."

"We were 8 adults, 1 teen and 4 children under the age of 8. Great location, home clean and spacious. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep, read, play cards, do puzzles . We all fit at the dining room table for meals together. More than enough plates, cups, silverware, pots and pans, kitchen utensils. The deck overlooking the ocean is spacious and plenty of chairs for everyone. The pool is the perfect size and there were plenty of pool chairs. The beach walkway is right next door for easy access."

The decks extend from the ground to the top so my dog could be inside or outside with us. New furniture and a huge HD TV to make you feel right at home."
