Best of all, the wide beautiful beaches of Duck lie just beyond your doorstep down a private walkway through the dunes direct to the beach without any steps to navigate.
This cottage boasts a brand new kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and a new wet bar area with a beverage refrigerator. An open living/dining space that looks out to the view of the the beach grass and the ocean. The picturesque ocean views are highlighted by the large windows, which line the east side of the home. Rich hardwood floors provide contrast to the gorgeous white shiplap walls and coastal hues of the decor and furnishings. Dining outside on the screened in porch is a must. Here you will find an outdoor living space with a dining table, relaxing Adirondack chairs with a table for games and the coveted porch swing with amazing ocean breezes, which will for sure become your favorite reading spot or even better you favorite napping spot. On the private way to and from the beach, you will find a brand new outdoor shower with a dry changing area. This outdoor shower is like no other as it is completely private yet has access to the warm sun, and ocean breezes with a view of the ocean. It doesn’t get any better than this.
Inside you will find each of the 2 bedrooms on the first level are en-suites, one with a king size bed and seating area and a shower. The other with a twin over double bunk and a bath with a tub. As for the upstairs bedrooms, you find one queen en-suite with a shower and access to a private deck with seating and more breathtaking views. The fourth bedroom has a twin bunk set and a twin day bed; this bedroom has access to a hall bath with a tub.
A unique loft area has a desk if you need to get some work done and a seating area to watch TV. Here you will find a spiral staircase which gives you access to an adorable ships watch where you can discover peace, with breathtaking views of the beach, the ocean and if you are lucky some passing dolphins. If you choose to you can also watch TV here.
For added convenience, this home offers a Friday check-in allowing you to settle in before the weekend crowds arrive.
