Welcome to the 2026 Season! This year, the property is reim reimagined to offer a true resort-style experience. The home’s transformation begins with a fresh blue exterior, new siding, and composite decking with modern vinyl railings.
The Backyard Oasis: Enjoy the expanded with the new black aluminum perimeter fence to create a "wide-open" backyard feel. At its heart is a completely overhauled pool with a larger travertine sun deck, a deep-end bench, and an expanded shallow entry. Steps away, the Tiki Bar has been refreshed with a new thatch roof, bistro lighting, and expanded seating—perfectly paired with the ground-level hot tub and rebuilt outdoor shower. Elevated Tech & Play: From a new multi-game Arcade and outdoor ping pong to a whole-home Sonos sound system (including the pool area!), the entertainment options are endless. Rounding out the updates are two brand-new grills, low-voltage landscape lighting, and high-capacity laundry facilities. Recent updates for 2025 include a new stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, and stove/oven in the kitchen; all interior doors and trim freshly painted, all King and Queen mattresses replaced for a premium night's sleep, all new lounge chairs and durable poly-outdoor furniture!

“Seaquest Resort” is your one-stop vacation destination on the Outer Banks! Fun amenities can be found both inside and outside of this pet friendly home. Comfortable accommodations and a location that is within walking distance of the community beach walkway are sure to please your entire group.
The home’s backyard will likely be the place where your entire group hangs out. Make a splash in the spacious private pool, which features a shallow area that is great for playing with little ones as well as a swim-up bar. Relax in the pool under the shaded tiki bar as you are served your favorite cold beverage. Indulge in a starlit soak in the ground-level hot tub. In the late afternoon, split your group into two teams and head out to the sand volleyball court for some friendly competition. There is a basketball goal in the driveway if you’d rather shoot hoops.
Inside on the home’s top level, relax in the comfortably furnished living area and watch TV or simply converse with loved ones. Across the room, the kitchen is equipped with all that you need to prepare meals for the duration of your stay. Seating is available in the dining area nearby, and barstool seating is available at the kitchen counter. Two dishwashers in the kitchen are a big help when cleaning up. Outside on the deck, soak in the sunshine and enjoy the salty ocean breeze. There are two master bedrooms on the third floor, each with a private bathroom and one with access to the deck. There is also a half bathroom on the top floor.
Three additional master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and access to the covered deck, are available on the middle level of the home. One additional bedroom and one full bathroom complete the second floor. The final bedroom and full bathroom are located on the home’s ground floor.
Many evenings of fun will be had in the rec room on the ground floor of the home. Choose to play on the arcade game or gather around the pool table. If you’d simply like to chill, lounge around on the sofas and watch TV. When you’re in need of a beverage, head over to the wet bar, which includes a full-size refrigerator and a dishwasher. The wet bar is also convenient to the pool area, which is just outside.
When you’re ready to explore Corolla, you’ll discover that many shopping, dining, and attractions are within a bike ride or short drive of the home. A stay at “Seaquest Resort” will leave you sunkissed with treasured vacation memories!
