"That is lots to love about this Corolla beach house. The layout worked great for our family. The kitchen was well stocked. There is a thermostat on each floor to control the temperature. The house is situated only a short walk to a very nice community beach access walkway. We spent a ton of time on the covered decking. We loved that the 3rd floor (main floor) deck was screened. The house has generous lighting fixtures. The electrical switches are nicely identified on the switch plate as to what is controlled. We could play board games after dark on the porches because the lighting was so plentiful. We are looking forward to returning next year."
"This was our first year in Mariner's Watch and we loved it. We already booked it for 2024. The house is decorated very nicely and the kitchen is very well stocked with great quality equipment. A very short walk to the beach access and the community pool. Oh, and we loved the extensive deck and pool furniture. Everyone could find a place to escape."

"Very nice beach house; one of the best quality rentals we’ve ever stayed at (over 15+ years renting). Someone put some money into many small things that a typical rental property does have making the house feel like a cut above most other homes we’ve rented...although affording this rental in peak season could be prohibitively expensive. Living room couches could stand to be replaced and a few other things are showing wear (gas grill very unique but not as functional as a large group might need) BUT, we REALLY enjoyed the better than average quality of the house so 5 stars for sure. Thank You!"

"Great house! Easy access to beach. The third floor decks are screened in which is great. The home is decorated nicely for a beach house. At night the house lights up so nicely and looks beautiful. Rooms are a good size and bathrooms were all clean. We had a wonderful experience and a fabulous family vacation. It’s so close to the Wild Horse Beach, we walked on it everyday and even saw horses."
