"The house is beautiful and has everything you could have imagined. It’s perfect!"
"My husband and I have stayed in the OBX area several times for many different occasions but this house/location tops them all! After searching for weeks we all decided on Sand Sea and Sky and we are so thankful we did. It was one of the best experiences ever! We brought our 3 children on vacation for their spring break plus my birthday and my husband's. It was everything we could have dreamed of and more! Driving on the beach was a spectacular experience that none of us have ever had before. Playing on the beach was a lot of fun too! We really enjoyed the views of the sunrise from one side of the house to the sunset on the other side of the house. We had fun playing pool, playing pingpong, and also playing cornhole. The hot tub was wonderful as well. We really enjoyed the serenity the home had to offer. Amazingly enough we saw dolphins and the wild horses everyone talked about! The horses walked right up in the yard, it was so cool. Overall this was just a phenomenal experience. We highly recommend this home! We hope to come back in the future!"
"The location and the views are incredible in this ocean front home. Best views from the hot tub or third floor coffee chairs! Home has everything you need. Best hot tub, did I mention the hot tub!? Third floor livingroom, kitchen and sitting area are really nice. Outdoor deck and eating area were great. Walkway to beach is very well lit and cared for. Master bath and bedroom were really lovely!!"
"We loved the oceanfront location and the beautiful views from inside this house. The decor and cleanliness of the house was great. The house had all of the amenities we needed. The notices on the hot tub made it clear that it had been freshly serviced, which was also great."

"Home is perfect with everything you need! Great floor plan with two amazing oversized chairs to sit and watch the ocean. Walkway to the beach is a huge plus! Kitchen is well stocked with great pots and pans."

"We absolutely loved the layout of the common areas in this home! The kitchen range faces the ocean, and there are plenty of cozy seating areas inside where you can sit back and admire God’s amazing creation. The entire home is both beautiful and thoughtfully designed for comfort and function. The upkeep of the walkway and stairs leading to the beach was excellent, and the lights on the walkway felt like an open invitation, every night, to take a peaceful stroll along the shore. There was so much we loved, but the single thing inside the home was the pet food and water station already set up—such a thoughtful touch that made my “old man” pup feel right at home too!"
