"What a memorable vacation this was. This home is well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen from crock pot to stock pots! A hair dryer in main bedroom would have been nice! The view from top deck was magnificent! The pool was glorious. The game room was great. Twiddy addressed any issues we had immediately and we were very happy with their service. All in all this was a memorable vacation for our entire family and we all hope to return in the years ahead!"

House was large enough for everyone to have their own space, private pool was wonderful and the 2nd level deck was shaded and cool to get out of the sun, beach was just steps away, and we were amazed at much the kitchen was well stocked with any type of pan, utensil you could possibly need."

"The house was a perfect location and plenty of room. The only set back was the wifi in the house was extremely week with today's technology. It would also be great to have a small table and chairs with an umbrella for shade in the pool area. We were a little disappointed with the pool being dirty when we got there. There was alot of sand in in. I also had to call the office for a replacement shower curtain as the one we had was moldy on the bottom. Those are minor issue, but would definately recommend this house and would stay there again."

"The house was very well worn. Disappointed based on the money we paid. We also paid to have the heater for swimming pool turned on to find out at the end of the week it was never turned on. Views from the house are outstanding and location is outstanding. It is a large house with tons of room. Bathrooms are builder grade and never been updated. TVs in the bedrooms didn’t work. We enjoyed ourselves but for how much we paid, we won’t return"

"Great location! Found most of the cookware and utensils in poor condition, but we ate out most of the time. If you plan on cooking more, I would suggest bringing any items that you must have to effectively cook for your family. However, the house was VERY clean and the location made up for anything else it may have been lacking. Highly recommend!"

"We had a great time. It was the perfect size for us. The pool was great. It was the perfect location. Even the public walkthrough next to the house wasn't as intrusive as first thought. (It was the end of Sept though). The only thing that may be needing some up dating are the decks. You had to make sure you had shoes on to walk on them. They are quite warn. Our group thought would like to rent again but after the 12 hr drive home on a Sunday would not work again. Will have to look for a Sat/Sat listing for next year."

"Old Friends, New Friends is a HUGE house conveniently located near the public beach access. Its main level - up top - has amazing views of the ocean and dunes + an inviting kitchen island, a massive dining room table, three comfy sofas, and a dining nook perfect for card games. The middle level is a parade of bedrooms, three of which face the ocean. There are many decks and alcoves to strike up conversations and watch nature (in the back) or people watch (front). The pool is located right off the rec room and has many chairs to sun in. There is no shortage of parking and the grocery store is a short 6-7 mile trip. This was a great house to host family and friends in for a week."

"This home was great! We really enjoyed it so much! The kitchen was well stocked with all the appliances we would ever need including a crock pot which ended up being our savior for a couple nights dinners! The only thing I would suggest is small things need to be updated for example the lamp shades. Some rooms were missing and other rooms were hanging on by a thread. Besides those small things this house really was amazing and we are potentially going to rent again next year!!!"
