This home’s convenient location and comfortable layout will make more time for “Chasin’ Waves” during your vacation! Located on the oceanside of the main road in the Corolla Shores neighborhood, the community walkway to the beach is right next to the property. Featuring modern coastal decor and top amenities, there’s something for everyone at this well-maintained pet friendly beach house.
Upon entering the top floor of the home, you are greeted by an airy and spacious great room with modern, cool coastal decor. Kick back with loved ones in the comfortable living area, which features an electric fireplace for use when you are chilly. The nearby kitchen is as functional as it is attractive, with a flowing layout and plenty of counter space. An elevator is a huge help when bringing groceries from the ground floor up to the kitchen. Countertop barstool seating is available for a quick breakfast or lunch before heading outside. There are two dishwashers to assist with cleanup after big family meals. Enjoy meals together in the dining area, which features a wet bar for easily accessible drink refills. Outside on the deck, enjoy the salty ocean breeze while relaxing or eating a meal at the outdoor dining table. Back inside, there is one master bedroom on the third floor, which includes a private bathroom and access to the deck. A half bathroom can be found on the landing between the third and second levels of the home.
Four additional master bedrooms are available on the middle level of the home, each with a private bathroom. Three of the master bedrooms include access to the covered deck. The laundry room is also located on the second floor. There are two additional master bedrooms on the ground floor of the home, each with a private bathroom. The rec room on the ground floor will surely be the fun spot to hang out during the evenings. Play bumper pool or play a hand of cards at the table. A ping pong table is available in carport as well! There is a TV nearby to provide entertainment. When you’re ready for a cold beverage or a snack, there is a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator nearby. A half bathroom completes the ground floor of the home.
Outside, make a splash in the refreshing private pool or just lounge around poolside. After the sun sets, head back outside to the hot tub for a restorative evening soak. Located in the heart of Corolla, this vacation home is close to shopping, dining, and attractions within a few minutes to the north and the south. Make OBX vacation memories while “Chasin’ Waves” at this well-appointed beach house!
