"This beach house has all the comforts of home and the view and east access to the beach is everything. I especially love the neighborhood feel of the community here and enjoy walks along it when the beach is a little too windy for me. The kitchen has all the cookware and small appliances needed and the new furniture in the living room is so comfortable and love the calming blue color. Lots of space and beds too and a good number of bathrooms."

"This home is well maintained, beautifully decorated, and each year there are wonderful improvements made. The second refrigerator was a nice surprise. The views of the ocean are stunning. The pool and pool area are perfect for a relaxing vacation. The beds are comfortable, that means a lot. Thank you for all of the care that goes into keeping this house such a joy to rent. Twiddy is awesome to deal with and responsive if there are any issues. We will be back next year!"
"We have had this home for 13 consecutive years and it is awesome. Great upgrades with furniture and new siding were made since our stay last year. We love it The decking is getting bad but we know it will be addressed at some point soon. Just don’t remove the two turtles statues inside the house if any more renovations are done please…my kids have named them and it adds to their experience. Twiddy is the best. Looking forward to next year already. Thank you for all you do."

"Great easy home on my favorite street. The only thing missing was a wine opener/corkscrew, which is obviously a must. The dining room table is great for puzzles, the wine fridge and separate ice maker were awesome. And the outdoor shower is the best."

"Amazing location in Ocean Hills just prior to 4x4 area. Very quiet beach area. House is directly on the water with a large pool. Minor negatives were dated stove and grill but no big deal. Overall 5 star perfect for 4 families (we had 8 adults and 8 kids under 12)."
