Located directly on the beach in Nags Head, this modern coastal retreat was designed to emphasize the gorgeous ocean view and salty breeze. Featuring a spacious layout and the most sought-after amenities, your entire family will love making vacation memories at this well-equipped home.
The great room on the third floor of the home features many windows to allow natural light and the beautiful ocean view to fill the room. The living area is comfortably furnished, perfect for catching up with loved ones or enjoying your favorite TV show. The ocean-facing doors in the living area can open accordion-style to allow the ocean view and salty breeze to fill the entire room. Relax outside on the oceanfront deck with your favorite beverage and watch the pelicans fly by. For the cooler times of the year, a gas fireplace is available for use. Prepare meals for your entire group in the well-equipped kitchen, which includes two ovens. There is an elevator available to use to easily get groceries from the ground floor up to the kitchen on the third floor. Two dishwashers are helpful when cleaning up after family meals. Enjoy meals together in the dining area nearby, which includes a wet bar. The wet bar is equipped with an icemaker and wine cooler for easy access to beverage refills. Grab your favorite book and curl up in the cozy sitting area that is full of natural light. There is one ensuite bedroom on the third floor, which includes a private bathroom. A half bathroom completes the top level of the home.
On the middle floor, you’ll discover five additional bedrooms, each a private sanctuary with its own ensuite bathroom. Two of the ocean-facing bedrooms have access to the deck and feature accordion-style doors that can be opened to maximize the ocean view and breeze. Lay in bed and listen to the waves lap the shore nearby. Also, on the second floor, you’ll find a media room with a TV and a wet bar with a full-size refrigerator.
The final two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, and each has an ensuite bathroom. The remainder of the ground floor was made for many evenings of fun. Play a hand of cards at the table, or enjoy playing at the pool table nearby. Get your popcorn and screen the latest movies in the theater room. The rec room features barstool seating at a ledge that features panels that can be opened to the theater room. There is a kitchenette in the rec room, so cold beverages and snacks can be readily available. The cabana half bathroom on the ground floor conveniently opens to the pool area as well as the rec room.
Step outside and make a splash in the refreshing private pool, which features a shallow tanning ledge and swim-up tiki bar. From the pool area, there is a private walkway to the beach with a dune deck. After dark, head back out to the pool area for a relaxing soak in the hot tub as you gaze up at all of the stars in the dark night sky. With a location at milepost 15, you are convenient to many great shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Enjoy making treasured vacation memories at “Soul Surfer” on the oceanfront in Nags Head!
