On the top floor of the home, you’ll find a delightfully appointed and spacious great room, complete with views of the ocean. Relax together in the comfortable living area and watch your favorite show or simply chat with loved ones. A gas fireplace is available for use during chilly months of the year. A separate sitting area nearby is perfect for lounging with a good book or enjoying the breathtaking ocean views outside of the windows. The spacious kitchen is equipped with all that you need to prepare meals throughout your stay, including ample counter space. There is a wet bar just beside the kitchen, which includes a sink, microwave, and wine refrigerator, for easy access to drink refills. Make your coffee at the wet bar and step outside onto the sun deck to enjoy the ocean breeze and the sounds of seagulls in the morning. For enjoying meals together, kitchen countertop barstool seating is available in addition to the table and chairs in the dining area nearby. There is also an adjacent room with a table and chairs that are perfect for extra seating for meals or for playing a hand of cards. The screened porch offers the opportunity to enjoy meals outdoors. The elevator assists with getting groceries from the ground floor to the kitchen on the third floor. There is one master bedroom on the top floor of the home, which includes a private bathroom. A half bathroom completes the third level.
On the middle level of the home, you’ll find two master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. There are two additional bedrooms on the middle floor and one full bathroom. For the tennis players in your group, the community tennis courts are located right beside the home. After a long day playing or simply hanging out in the sunshine, enjoy a restorative soak in the hot tub.
