A spectacular 8-bedroom Oasis, very large lot, "almost oceanfront" (no street to cross to access beach), Gated Community on very quiet Cul-de-sac, with Life Guarded Beach and next to Community Tennis. "Seabatical" is an exquisitely appointed home with approximately 5700 sq. ft. and incredible breathtaking ocean views. This home allows privacy for all with a spacious floor plan, including a great room with two sitting areas. Come for your own relaxing 'Seabatical!' Other features and amenities include: elevator, rec room, pool table, 4 master suites, 3 sitting areas, TVs (cable and streaming), Wi-Fi, screened porch, gas fireplace, outdoor grill, 3 refrigerators, ice machine, 30 Bottle Wine cooler, poolside shuffleboard and sand box, basketball goal, sand volleyball, horseshoes, foosball, Pack-n-Play, high chair.
On the top floor of the home, you’ll find a delightfully appointed and spacious great room, complete with views of the ocean. Relax together in the comfortable living area and watch your favorite show or simply chat with loved ones. A gas fireplace is available for use during chilly months of the year. A separate sitting area nearby is perfect for lounging with a good book or enjoying the breathtaking ocean views outside of the windows. The spacious kitchen is equipped with all that you need to prepare meals throughout your stay, including ample counter space. There is a wet bar just beside the kitchen, which includes a sink, microwave, and wine refrigerator, for easy access to drink refills. Make your coffee at the wet bar and step outside onto the sun deck to enjoy the ocean breeze and the sounds of seagulls in the morning. For enjoying meals together, kitchen countertop barstool seating is available in addition to the table and chairs in the dining area nearby. There is also an adjacent room with a table and chairs that are perfect for extra seating for meals or for playing a hand of cards. The screened porch offers the opportunity to enjoy meals outdoors. The elevator assists with getting groceries from the ground floor to the kitchen on the third floor. There is one master bedroom on the top floor of the home, which includes a private bathroom. A half bathroom completes the third level.
On the middle level of the home, you’ll find two master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. There are two additional bedrooms on the middle floor and one full bathroom. Laundry facilities can also be found on the second floor. Just outside, the spacious covered decks are furnished for relaxing afternoon breaks from the sun. On the ground floor, you’ll find the remaining master bedroom, which includes a private bathroom. Two additional bedrooms, one full bathroom, and one half bathroom are available on the ground floor as well. The remainder of the ground floor was designed with fun and games in mind. Play all evening long at the pool table in the game room. The kitchenette in the nearby bar can be stocked with snacks and drinks so that refreshments are never far away.
The spacious outdoor area has all that you need and more to keep you and your family entertained. For the kids, there is a pirate ship playset that they’ll love playing on during their stay. Split your group into teams and enjoy some friendly competition on the sand volleyball court, for family vacation bragging rights. When everyone is ready to cool off, make a splash in the refreshing private pool. The spacious pool area is equipped with a sandbox for the little ones, as well as shuffleboard. Multiple seating options are available, either in the sunshine or in the shade. Horseshoes and a basketball hoop are available as well. For the tennis players in your group, the community tennis courts are located right beside the home. After a long day playing or simply hanging out in the sunshine, enjoy a restorative soak in the hot tub.
