"The house was the perfect size. The proximity to the beach, grocery stores, and other amenities were perfect. We enjoyed the living room being so close to the kitchen so who ever was cooking didn’t feel left out. The two dinning spaces are nice and the smaller table for card playing. Beds were comfortable and all rooms equipped perfectly. The fact that each room had its own laundry basket was a great idea especially when traveling with kids and wet sandy items!"

"We loved the location of the home in the quiet Pine Island neighborhood with the direct access to the beach. The layout of the home is great, very spacious, with large bedrooms and bathrooms, plus ample common areas and little nooks for quiet conversation.
