Outdoor Firepit. 2025 Beach cabana service provided from April 28 to September 27 only (provides morning set-up and afternoon take-down of two umbrellas and six beach chairs on the beach), June, July and August guests will receive an additional service from Beach Masters which will include daily set up and break down of a 10'x10' tent with a cooler with ice, and 6 beach chairs, reduced greens fees at the Kilmarlic Golf Club. For 2025, the home will provide 4 bike rentals from Ocean Atlantic Rentals until the week of August 31st, 2025. 2026 Beach cabana service provided from April 27 to September 26 only (provides morning set-up and afternoon take-down of two umbrellas and six beach chairs on the beach), June, July and August guests will receive an additional service from Beach Masters which will include daily set up and break down of a 10'x10' tent with a cooler with ice, and 6 beach chairs.

The house has everything you could possibly need — plenty of space for everyone, cozy nooks perfect for curling up with a good book, and breathtaking ocean and bay views.Every detail, from the elegant furnishings to the thoughtful touches throughout, made the home feel both luxurious and welcoming. "My family and I loved Heavens to Betsy! The homeowners did a wonderful job with the home. It’s absolutely beautiful and peaceful. This was the first rental that had dinner at the home upon check in- that was amazing because it took added stress off of me trying to figure what we were going to eat upon arrival. That was a complete blessing. So hats off to the owners. Loved everything about this house. Indoors and outdoors. Oh yeah the tent setup perfect especially with the cooler-filled with ice, radio and blender. It kept me from dragging a whole bunch of stuff to the beach- I just carried myself 😁"

"We were very pleased with the home we rented called Heavens to Betsy. It was clean, freshly painted, new furniture, and there were many extras included. We had cabana and chair service daily, a ‘boil’ was prepared our first night which was outstanding, there were three fresh pies delivered which were delicious, and 4 free bike rentals for the week. We had rented this home before and would definitely do so again! Thank you to the owners for a wonderful week at your home. Your hospitality is over and above any other home we have rented!"
"Beautifully kept and appointed home. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook full meals each night. Beautiful Creuset cookware, 2ovens (convection) and sharp knives! The outdoor living space and pool were a huge hit with the family. Set up is warm and inviting- we spent all of our time there when not on the beach. The tech in most homes are usually messed up by prior tenants or difficult to navigate, but not this home - everything was step up perfectly and easy to use with instructions to help. One of our favorite homes! The only complaints were one of the grills would not get above 200 degrees (but with 2 others that worked fine, was not an issue) and the Men really missed the Golden Tee arcade game that our previous home had - ah, but they faired just fine without it!"

"The home is spectacular, has everything a family would want or need. Unfortunately, the pool was not working properly and I had to deal with it all week. Finally, the last day that we were there, the pool started to heat. Amazing place for family and friends to enjoy-everything in one place. The house was immaculate, the beds were comfortable, plenty to do for the kids... they would have enjoyed the pool day and night had it been working."
