"House was wonderful- all updated and really nice. Comfortable furniture and perfect for our group of 12. The sharing of bathrooms is a little weird- but it actually it was not a problem as there was plenty of hot water even when 6 people took a shower in a row and lots of hooks in each bathroom for hanging towels. Great appliances in the kitchen including new blender, keurig, toaster oven and coffee maker. We would rent it again!"
"We loved our stay at St. Tropez! The house was beautiful, clean and had the perfect layout for our family! The gate behind the pool leads directly to the beach for super easy access! The kids loved the pool and hot tub and the adults loved being able to keep drinks cold in the outdoor wet bar. We’re excited to return next summer!"

"Lovely home with a close beach access. About 4 or 5 homes share a beach path that leads you to the main beach access. The only issue I had, was people left their beach carts right in the middle of the path that we would use, even though there was a grassy area to park them on. We were lucky to have great weather every day and each day coming back to the house, I would have to move 4 or 5 beach carts to access the path. It would be nice to add some signage not to block the path."
"Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. We did have an issue with the upstairs refrigerator and it caused a pretty big inconvenience having to go up and down 30 stairs to get whatever food we needed for the week. Also the wifi kept going out and the tv’s are very confusing to operate and at times we were only able to access apps, no actual tv stations. The help we were offered was minimal. The house itself is nice, pool was nice and beach access was great. Kitchen well stocked."
"I would say closer to 3.5, but overall a wonderful vacation home. It is light, bright and airy. The entire home has hard flooring surfaces which makes for a very clean feeling. You can tell the owners take pride in the home. This is our second year staying there and many things that we noted as needing repair from last year were taken care of. The pool has been completely refinished and retiled. The skimmers in the pool are still missing flaps, however, which does allow bugs and debris to hang out in the pool and the skimmer towards the back does not seem to function at all. There are comfortable new loungers by the pool. Some attention is needed towards the back area where sand is left to run into the pool. The interior of the home is well appointed with smart TVs, a keurig, indoor griddle/grill and comfortable mattresses. Last year you could tell it had been freshly painted and after a year it could use some touching up. The proximity to the beach can not be beat. It is the second house in from the path which allows for quick access while still maintaining privacy. Our family loves this home and we hope that the owners continue to maintain it so lovingly and that future renters are respectful. We have already rebooked for a third year next summer! Can’t wait!"
"We would rate this house a “3”! It needs some TLC! House was not at all clean when we arrived! Spent 3 hours cleaning! Not happy! The pool and hot tub are very nice! The landscape around the pool area definitely needed some attention! The house is a bit beat up. A little paint would go a long way in this house! Proximity to the beach was excellent! Provided beach chairs was very nice! Probably will not rent this house again! However we will use Twiddy again. Very easy to work with and I love their communication!"

"St. Tropez was the perfect beach home for our family. It provided clean ammenities and many of the comforts of home including smart TVs and a keurig. The entire interior of the home was recently renovated with a calm, relaxing beach vibe. The only negative I could say about this home is the pool area. The pool itself is in desperate need of repair. The skimmer was missing a flap, so there were constantly bugs in the pool. The surface of the pool needs to be refinished as it is rough and worn."
