An ideal mixture of classic coastal comforts and convenient luxuries, this oceanside home is a great family vacation venue. A large, open, well-equipped kitchen with ample seating, decks on every level and multiple living spaces provide plenty of space for both relaxation and gathering. The beach is a short 3 to 4-minute walk along a charming grassy path from the backyard. Lounge at the pool and grill lunch, or take a dip in the hot tub. If you’re up for an adventure, take a 15-minute stroll along the beach or the parallel road path to grab morning bagels. Your whole crew will love all this beach house has to offer, with something for everyone!
In the great room on the third floor, you’ll find the main gathering area filled with ample natural light. There is a large, open, well-equipped kitchen with a large counter, barstool seating, and two dining tables, providing plenty of space to gather for meals. Relax in the living area with large, comfy couches to watch a movie on the large TV, play a game together, or work on a puzzle. Outside on the deck, you can dine at the picnic table or enjoy your morning coffee accompanied by the sounds of the ocean. The primary bedroom is located off the great room and is joined by a large private bathroom with a shower and a large tub.
Down on the second floor, there is a second living room with a TV, wet bar with drink fridge, and access to the second-floor deck and hot tub. Four bedrooms surround the second living room, including one shared bathroom, one master bathroom, and laundry.
The bottom entry-level floor houses the remaining two bedrooms and a bathroom. The main space is a large rec room with a pool table, large TV, and a second full-sized refrigerator/freezer for easy refreshment access.
Grab a drink from the fridge, step out through the sliding doors. The outdoor shower and gated private pool await! Take a dip, lounge in your private oasis, or fire up the two gas grills to cook for your crew surrounded by trees. "Brazilian Sun was a fantastic home for our visit. My husband and I traveled with our five kids and two of their friends this past week. The space for the kids to separate from us and each other was wonderful. The pool and the hot tub were great after the beach. I would love to see a few better quality beach chairs and a beach cart for transport. We were good on bikes, however, may be difficult with little kids. Thank you Twiddy and Brazilian Sun, we hope to return July 2023!"
