Situated on a quiet cul-de-sac in Ocean Sands section F, the community beach access to the spacious, soft-sand beach is conveniently located just a few steps away from the home. The beach access is for use exclusively by guests staying in Ocean Sands section F, so crowds will be limited.
At dawn, head outdoors to the upper deck to soak in clear views of gorgeous sunrises over the ocean. At night, enjoy impressive views of the expansive, starry sky, undisturbed by any ambient light below, as the home backs up to a nature reserve. The top floor of this pet-friendly home was made for gathering, with an open-concept great room. Kick back and relax in the upstairs living areas, with seating designed for games, conversation, or watching that can’t-miss TV show on cable or in your favorite streaming app. The gamers in the family can even log into their own Xbox Game Pass accounts, or explore all the games on the provided Nex Playground – Play Pass included! A fireplace is available for use during the cooler months of the year. The kitchen is stocked with all the equipment needed to prepare meals during your stay, just add groceries from the shopping center right across Highway 12! Plenty of seating is located at the large dining table, and additional barstool seats are available at the kitchen counter. A second dining table is located just outside the door on the upper deck, for al fresco meals atop the natural setting. The master bedroom on the top floor includes deck access and a private bathroom with a whirlpool soaker tub.
On the middle floor, there is an additional living area with a fireplace, TV, and deck access. A wet bar with a fridge, coffeemaker, and toaster oven is included in this central second-floor space, so snacks and drinks can be readily available. Feel the salty ocean breeze as you unwind outside on the gated second-level deck, overlooking the natural dunescape from the swing, or close your eyes on the hammock and let the sounds of breaking waves lull you into pure tranquility. There is a master bedroom on the second floor, which includes a private bathroom with a jetted tub and direct access to the deck. Three additional bedrooms and a full bathroom can also be found on this level. The unique low bunkbed configuration found on this middle floor offers an opportunity for the fun of room-sharing without the height of traditional bunkbeds. The bottom bunk of this solid wood furniture is a floor bed and the top bunk rests at only 4’ high.
The rec room on the ground floor will surely be where the lively crowd hangs out, as it features a pool table, drink fridge, and TV. A bedroom with a view of the pool and semi-private, full bathroom can be found on this level, as well as an additional bedroom featuring traditional bunksets. Simply step out back for a rejuvenating soak in the 8-person hot tub beside the nature reserve. Entering the pool area you’ll find a grill, picnic table, and plenty of seating to take a break from splashing and swimming in the optionally-heated private pool. You’ll also find an outdoor shower and fish-cleaning table for all your ocean vacation needs!
There are plenty of nearby opportunities for fun fitness, as the newly-renovated community pickleball, tennis, and basketball court are right around the corner! The Corolla Greenway Trail passes directly in front of the neighborhood. Additionally, preferred green fee rates at Kilmaric Golf Club and discounts on other OBX adventures are available to you, as “One Sweet World” participates in Twiddy’s K-Club Golf Discount program. Ocean Sands section F is located very close to shopping and dining in Corolla. Additional shopping, dining, and attractions in both Duck and Corolla are just a short drive away. “One Sweet World” will be how you describe the beautiful Outer Banks from the perspective of this comfortable, convenient vacation home!
