Get ready for an amazing vacation at “Resting Beach Face” on the Outer Banks! Located on the oceanfront, this comfortable retreat offers gorgeous ocean views and plenty of space to spread out. Conveniently located, this home is walking distance to golf, restaurants, and shopping, and just a short drive from additional dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Two raised wooden walkways from the pool area to the front of the house provides easy access to and from the community beach access just a few feet away.
The top level of the home features a spacious great room, with large windows to allow the ocean view into the room. The living area has comfortable seating, perfect for hanging out with loved ones. For those in your group who need to check in with school or the office, an office is available on the third floor. A loft offers a quiet place to curl up with a good book, chat with family or friends, or take a nap. The nearby kitchen has everything needed to plan, prepare, and clean up meals for the entire family, including two dishwashers. Seating options for meals include the table and chairs in the dining area, kitchen countertop seating, and a smaller table and chairs in the kitchen. From the dining area, step outside onto the deck to watch the waves roll in and enjoy the salty ocean breeze. The master bedroom on the top floor of the home features a private bathroom and an office area. A half bathroom is included on the top level for convenience.
The middle floor consists of sleeping quarters and common space. There are four master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Two of these bedrooms have access to a newly refinished mini deck on the front of the house. There is a sitting area with chairs and TV, with access to the deck and pool. This area is perfect for afternoon relaxing while keeping an eye on pool.
The bottom level of the home has an additional two bedrooms, a full bathroom and laundry room with additional half bath. The rec room offers fun for all ages with its pool table. A wet bar with refrigerator and microwave keeps snacks and drinks handy for breaks in the action. Step outside to make a splash in the private pool or to catch some sun on one of the lounge chairs. A gas grill and picnic table make this a perfect sitting area for the family barbeque. Once the sun sets for the evening, have a restorative soak in the hot tub. “Resting Beach Face” is a great combination of location and amenities, perfect for an unforgettable family vacation in Corolla!
