"Beautiful home. Nicely decorated . Close to Ocean and the grocery store! A plus! Exterior decking, outside furniture , poolside area and shower all are in much needed renovation . A huge contrast to interior of the house! Hot Tub cover and beach chairs all need replacement."

"This is one of the rare instances where the reality is better than advertised. The house is up to date, clean and works great for a large extended family as almost every bedroom has its own up to date bathroom. There is also a second family room with partial kitchen and foosball table. Great location near tennis and pickleball courts and easy walk to the beach. Well equipped kitchen and even though it is pet friendly (which I appreciate as my dog had a great time!), there is no hint that a dog has ever been there. Only negative is there is no real view of the beach because of the dunes but its one we easily lived with and we were encouraged to visit the beach more often that way."

"It was roomy and bright in the living room and kitchen. Very close to the ocean and easily accessible. The kitchen was fully stocked. The propane tank was full. The house was clean and had the perfect amount of decor for a home that allows pets"

"We had a great vacation in Seaside Sunrise. The house has been well updated. The furniture is comfortable, the beds are comfortable and the pool area is well equipped. The only issue we had was that the house does not seem to have standard cable so come prepared with your log ins for streaming apps and make sure you log out at the end of your visit."

"We loved Family Ties I. This house was very clean and spacious. Bedrooms were a good size and the beds were comfortable. The pictures on Twiddy's website do not do the house justice as everything (furniture/decor) has been updated since the pics were taken. We loved that it was oceanfront, but unfortunately you could not see over the dunes, even on the top deck. Lovely house - thank you for letting us enjoy your house!"
"Our family stayed here for Thanksgiving. Loved the interior of the home from top to bottom. Also loved the location - oceanfront. But the top floor is not high enough to see over the dunes. So you can hear the ocean, but you can't see it. A big positive: having a full bathroom for every bedroom. Well equipped kitchen."

"I love this house and had an awesome time with family and friends. It's got everything for fun; the beach. a pool, and a hot tub. It's incredibly well located on the beach and near a supermarket. It's spacious and cool and clean and peaceful and beautiful. Best vacation ever!"

"Nice home Distance to the beach was close just be aware of the amount of steps as the dunes are at least 20 ft high. NO OCEAN VIEW whatsoever which was disappointing"

"Nice location in southern Corolla, close to nearby attractions. Our family did have a lovely time, and it was very dog friendly. Home itself could use updates for the price point- would have anticipated improved amenities. Grills are charcoal only and quite small, pool needs TLC, kitchen does not have cabinet space for food items. Home has so much potential! Just an FYI- location is oceanfront but not truly full ocean view due to height of dunes, but this did not bother us, as we could hear the relaxing ocean waves. Construction next door was noisy and a bit messy with shingles and wood chips in the pool- but not the fault of the homeowner or Twiddy. Did have an ant problem and dryer issue but Twiddy was extremely attentive. Would rent again in the Corolla area with Twiddy."
"Family ties was overall clean. The kitchen was a bit disorganized and needed to be cleaned a bit better. We were very disappointed that we paid quite a bit of money for oceanfront but there was zero view. The pool needed to be updated. I thought it had not been cleaned however we found that the pool was stained. The house was fine, but I felt it was priced much higher than the property was worth. we will not be committing to this house again."

"The house was perfect. The house was immaculate and wonderfully located beachfront. Also the larger concrete patio around the pool made for a safer environment around the pool, less risk of an inadvertent fall. We have already booked the house for next year."
