Kick back and relax in the comfortable living area and watch your favorite show or simply catch up with loved ones. Lounge around outside on the deck, as there is a seating area with a large outdoor coffee table, as well as a screened porch. The fully-equipped kitchen is spacious and perfect for multiple cooks to be in the kitchen. Countertop seating is ideal for grabbing a quick breakfast before heading outside for the day. The nearby dining area is ready to host your family-style dinners. For lunch or dinner outdoors, a picnic table is available on the ground floor near the grill and bar-height seating for eight is available in the pool area. There are two master bedrooms on the top floor of the home, each with a private bathroom and deck access. A half bathroom completes the third level of the home.
On the second floor of the home, you’ll find three additional master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. A half bathroom is also available on the middle level. Spend your evenings playing in the rec room or relax and watch TV. The nearby kitchenette includes a full size refrigerator and a microwave, so drink refills and snacks can be readily available.
Outside, take a dip in the refreshing private saltwater pool. The pool area features a border of live oak trees, offering additional privacy. When the sun is shining and weather conditions are ideal, however the home does offer the a pool heat for the cooler days. Take an afternoon siesta in the hammock. After dark, enjoy a restorative soak in the hot tub while gazing up at the stars. The community beach walkway is conveniently located at the end of the street, and a beach cart is available at the home to assist you with getting all of your gear to and from the ocean. For the anglers in your group, a fish cleaning table is available for use at the home to clean their fresh catch. “Touch Down By the Sea” and make treasured Outer Banks vacation memories!
