It is near groceries, restaurants and sites. We won’t grow out of it for a few years. We are already booked for next year."

"Gallus Roost is a very solid vacation home. It’s in a great location, in fact it couldn’t be better. House is comfortable and well built and maintained. It can use some updating and some simple things like better exterior lighting, particularly by the grill. I wish the master bedroom had been on the oceanfront side of the house, but you could still hear the ocean in the bedroom when you open the windows. Overall definitely a solid 5 based on quality of home and superior location"
