Come As You Are

"Come As You Are is the perfect home for our beach vacation!!!! It is large enough to accommodate our entire family - 22 of us!! We absolutely love the feature this house offers (outdoor pool/hot tub, patio with TV, gas grill, game room, movie theatre room, ice maker) just to name a few!! Also, private beach access is a must! And this house delivers. This is our second year staying at Come As You Are. We absolutely love this house! We are already booked again for next year. The only negative thing was we were disappointed to learn we did not have first priority to rebook the same two weeks next year as we have the past two years. Twiddy has always been great and we will continue to stay with them for our future years in OBX -hopefully at Come As You Are!!"

"Great home for family reunions! Quality sound systems and speakers in the theater room and for the outdoor pool area. Large kitchen with plenty of room on the breakfast bar to lay out a buffet dinner, large wrap around deck for full ocean front/preserved sanctuary lands views. Cabana service daily on the beach. Lots of hang out areas throughout the property. Helpful welcome bag and LOVED the tower of pies from the local market! House is at the end of the block with protected/untouched land to one side giving you a semi-private oceanfront feel."

The kitchen was well equipped with 2 of all main appliances. The pool, hot tub, game room, theater room and the beach made it the perfect home for all ages. And the pies were great!!"

"Come as You Are is an absolute gem. The amenities in the home are outstanding and there are plenty of spaces to find your own quiet time even if vacationing with a large group. The hidden bonus of this home is the location. Facing the ocean from the deck, there is 3/4 of a mile of protected dunes, so no other beachfront properties or beach access. It’s like your very own private beach. The open floor plan with dining seating for 24 plus counter seating allows any large group to be together and not feel on top of each other. Tastefully decorated, 2 dishwashers and 2 large fridges in the very well accessorized kitchen simplifies dining in for any group. The backyard/Pool area is like an oasis for anyone and the private access to the beach right to your already setup umbrellas and chairs is a nice treat. We will be back for sure. I couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else."
